Otunba Olaniyi Agboola holds a Degree (LLB) in Law (1990) from University of Benin, Benin City, M.sc (1992) Yale University, New Haven Connecticut USA. Legal Consultant, Frenkel Hershkowitz and Sharfran Law Firm, New York City. Currently, he is a consultant and field officer, MERC International, based in Detroil, Michigan, United States of America.

Outside Shema Global Consulting Agency Limited, Otunba Olaniyi is the Director Caleb International Services, 1996; Member, Presidential Campaign Task Force for Senator Bob Dole of Republican Party, President/CEO, International Consulting Agency, Assistant-Consulate General, Connecticut, Republic of Guinea. Award: Who’s Who International, City of New-Haven Small Business Administration, 1995.  His experience spans 30+ years in consulting services in mining, health, hi-tech security, real estate, and energy sectors both in (renewable, oil and gas) in Nigeria, Ghana and United States, also in executive and governance roles capacities.

Prince GAG Adewuyi is a graduate of Computer Science from The Polytechnic, Ibadan; Diploma in Journalism from Commonwealth Broadcasting Association; Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from White Lake University, Ghana Campus;  African History from Wheeler Institute for Business and Development of London Business School; a leading media expert in Information and Communications Technologies (ICTs), Energy such as Oil and Gas, Renewable Energy, Climate Change, Diaspora, Parliamentarian Issues and Politics.

He is the team co-leader for Global Elections Project since 2011, a ground-breaking project devoted to covering elections in Africa using ICTs which has so far covered elections in Guinea, Ghana, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Mauritania, Botswana, Togo, Cote d’Ivoire, Nigeria and Niger. Also, a pioneer member of ICT Journalism in Nigeria and West-Africa Sub-Region, an ICT and New Media Specialist, Convener 1st ICT Summit & Exhibition in Oyo State in Nov., 2005 during Ladoja's regime, Media delegate to National Confab in 2014, facilitator of Global Elections Project to Nigeria in year, 2011, 2015, 2019 and 2023' general elections respectively.

Attended many National and International Conferences in the past in countries such as USA, Brazil, Trinidad & Tobago, Qatar, UAE, Canada, Colombia, Switzerland etc., cum virtual conferences on ICT, and Energy sectors. Married to a Ghanaian and hails from Ogbomosho, Oyo State.
